Manakamana can reach from Kurintar, which is in the middle of Kathmandu and Pokhara.We can reach Kurintar after 3 hours’ drive, which is 105 km away from Kathmandu, and this tour can be operated from Pokhara also. From Kurintar, we can reach to Manakamana via cable car in 10 minutes of ride or walking around 5 hours. The cable car is 2.8 km from bottom to the top of the hill, which is the first cable car of Nepal with two stations.The cable car runs typically in the day time from 9 am to 5 pm with a 1.5-hour rest at lunchtime from 12 pm.The cable car company grants the hundred percent safety of all the passengers. .This temple is located 1320m altitude of with charming views of landscapes and different vegetation on the way.
