During trek you can experience ancient Tibetan Buddhist culture, monasteries, tibetian plateau which is populated by ethics who spent primitive existence with unique life style. The local ethnic groups on their income by trading item of salt, cotton, barley in Tibet.

Lower dolpo trek is located in western part of Himalayan country Nepal. It is the rain shadow of Dhaulagiri range so trekkers can freely explore the nature. This trekking path is inside the restricted area so you required special trekking permit for trekking. You can see craves of yak and sheep, heading towards destination during summer.
Shey Phokusundo national park is an amazing national park around the world which is inhabited by endanger animal like Blue ship, snow leopard, Himalayan musk deer and many more. The park contains 286 species of ethnological important which is home of six species of reptiles, 29 species of Butterfly, 200 species of bird and many more. You trek through Himalayan desert combine with densely forest field with rhododendron forest, Bamboo , Pine etc along with alpine pasture land , meadows and terraced field. The crystal water clearly explain the Shey-Phokusundo lake is free from aquatic life.

Lower Dolpo Trek starts with a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj and then fly all the way to Jhupal (2345m). We then ascend our trek into the ancient Tibetan valley of natural beauty and cultural bliss. This is a classic journey into the untouched trekking region of Nepal. The route passes through high passes like Numala & Bagala into very isolated area of the country so we are rewarded with excellent view of mountain and virgin Tibetan culture on the way. Commencing this fascinating trek will let you explore the untouched territory of Nepal including panoramic view of high Himalayas and the cultural experience of the Tibetan culture.

Welcome to Kathmandu Valley (1360m). Upon your arrival we assist you from international airport to our hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Half day Kathmandu sightseeing and then prepare for the trek. Overnight at hotel.

Early morning scenic flight from Kathmandu all the way to Nepalgunj. Overnight at hotel.

Early morning scenic flight from Nepalgunj all the way to Juphal (2345m) and then trek to Dunai. Overnight at hotel.

Today we trek from Dunai all the way to Shartara (2520m). Overnight at camping tent.

Today we trek from Shartara all the way to Khanigaon (2650m). Overnight at camping tent.

Today we trek from Khanigaon all the way to Lahini (3160m). Overnight at camping tent.

Today we trek from Lahini all the way to Dho Tarap (4040m). Overnight at camping tent.

Today we trek from Dho Tarap Village all the way to Numula Base camp (4180m). Overnight at camping tent.

Today we trek from Numula Base Camp to Bagala base camp (4465) via 5318m Numala pass. Overnight at camping tent.

Today we trek from Bagala Base Camp to other side of Bagala base camp via Bagala pass (5190m). Overnight at camping tent.

Today we trek from Bagala Base Camp all the way to Shey Phuksundo (3730m). Overnight at hotel.

Day hike around Shey Phoksundo Lake (3600m). Overnight at hotel.
