Arun Valley trek starts with a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Tumlintar and the gradually trek into the highlands of Everest Trekking region. This fascinating trek passes through some of the best sightseeing villages, cultural hub, religious shrines and monasteries, snow covered region and the highlanders settlement of Sherpa people. Day 01: Welcome Nepal
Day 02: Trek preparation and ½ day city tour in Kathmandu.
Day 03: Fly from Kathmandu to Tumlingtar and trek to chyawabesi (280m)
Day 04: Trek from Chyawabesi to Gothy Bazar (750m)
Day 05: Trek from Gothy bazar to Salpa phedi. (1680m) approximately
Day 06: Today we trek from Salpa phedi to sanam via Gurunse. (2850m)
Day 07: Trek from Sanam to Bung (1900m)
Day 08: Trek from Sanam to Gaikharka (2300m)
Day 09: Trek from Gaikharka to Pangum (3173m)
Day 10: Trek from Pangum to puyian. (2230m)
Day 11: Trek from Puyian to Lukla(2830m)
Day 12: Lukla to Kathmandu (1360m)
Day 13: Final Departure!!!
