No self-driving :- We provide our well trained and very experienced driver. So, we don’t allow self-driving facility taking care of safety of our guest.

Cancellation policy:- We allow cancellation service in case of certain and emergency change of plans but certain charge is applicable as mentioned below:

• No any charge applicable if the reservation was cancelled 5 days before.
• If cancellation is done before 4 days than 30% of total cost is applicable as cancellation charge.
• If cancellation is done before 3 days than 40% charge of total cost is applicable as cancellation charge.
• If the cancellation is done on same day than 100% of total cost is applicable as cancellation charge.

Extra fee:- No extra fees are charges if you rent any vehicle but your personal expenses like food, drinks, entry fees of any heritages or tickets etc. must buy by yourself.

Change of Reservation:-In case of change in travel plan you have to inform us one day before otherwise you will be charged 15% of total cost as cancellation charge.

Vehicle repair:- Graceful Adventure Travels will assume full responsibility for arranging for car repairs in the event that there are any problems with the vehicle while it is in journey.

Interior damage:- The client is entirely responsible for any interior damage, including harm to the seats, seat coverings, or other internal parts. Customers are cordially encouraged to use the vehicle’s interior amenities with care and attention to guarantee a comfortable and trouble-free journey for everyone.

Code of conduct:- As part of our standard policy, clients are strictly prohibited from consuming alcoholic beverages or smoking cigarettes during the entire trip.
